Payment Requirement: To qualify for the Summer Special, full payment must be received no later than one (1) hour before the scheduled pickup time on the day of service. If payment is not received by that time, the promotional rate may be forfeited, and the reservation may be canceled or repriced at the standard fare.

Where You Wanna Go?, LLC provides a 45-minute complimentary wait period after your flight lands (or after the scheduled pickup time for non-airport pickups). If the driver is required to wait beyond 45 minutes, a $10 waiting fee will be charged. Drivers will wait no more than an additional 30 minutes (for a maximum of 75 minutes total). If the client has not arrived or made alternate arrangements within that time, the driver will be released from the pickup. In such cases, the client will be charged 50% of the scheduled ride fare, plus the $10 waiting fee.
